Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who provide gardening information and programs to communities throughout Centre County. Interested in becoming a member? Master Gardener classes begin Tuesday, August 28th (6 to 9 PM, 108 Tyson Building, Penn State) and continue for 12 weeks, through November 13th. Master Gardener certification requires successful completion of the course, plus 50 hours of volunteer work in the next year.
